Never sell what you don't have
eCommFly counts your stock as orders come in, ship and come back, so the number on your store matches the shelf. See what's running low, what your stock is worth, and every change with the reason behind it.

Stock that follows your orders
Each product option has its own count: on hand, held for open orders, and available to sell. You never update them by hand when an order comes in.
Order placed
The items are held for the order. They are still on the shelf, but the store stops selling them to anyone else.
Order edited or cancelled
Change the items and the hold changes with them. Cancel the order and the items are free to sell again.
Order shipped
The items leave your stock when the parcel goes to the courier, not before.
Returned
Cancel a shipped order that came back, tick "Put the items back in stock", and they are on the shelf again.
Every night, eCommFly checks the held stock against your open orders and corrects any difference.

Invoice 2231
Cost price moves to the average of the stock on hand and this delivery.
Every change has a reason
When stock changes off the order flow, pick why, add a note like the supplier's invoice number, and it lands in the stock history with your name on it.
Received. A delivery from your supplier, with what each unit cost.
Stock count. Enter what you counted on the shelf, and the difference is recorded for you.
Damaged / lost. Items that were broken, spoiled or went missing.
Adjustment. Any other change, up or down.
Cost correction. Fix the cost price without changing the count.
The cost price is saved on each order as it's placed, so your profit report shows what you really earned, even after your supplier's prices change.
See what your stock is worth
The top of the Inventory page answers the questions you'd otherwise need a spreadsheet for.
- Tracked items
- Every product option whose stock you count.
- Units on hand
- Everything on your shelves, including what is held for orders.
- Low / out of stock
- How many options need restocking, a tap away from the list.
- Stock value (at cost)
- What you paid for the stock you have.
- Sell value
- What the same stock brings in at your prices.
Warned before you run out
Set a low-stock level for each option. When it drops to that level, you get an alert on Telegram, Slack, Discord, email or SMS.
Keep selling when it runs out
Allow backorders on items you can restock quickly. Shoppers can still order them, and your catalog feed keeps them "in stock".
Find any item
Search by product name or SKU, and switch between low stock, out of stock and in stock.
Bring your stock with you
Import products with their stock from WooCommerce or a CSV file. Products from a Shopify store come in too, ready for you to count.
Track only what you count
Turn stock tracking off for made-to-order or digital products, and they never go out of stock.
Connect your own tools
A webhook tells your other systems when an item runs low.
Your store could be live in 2 minutes
Create an account, pick a theme and add your first products. You can connect payments and couriers whenever you're ready.
Try it for 7 days for ৳99, then plans from ৳490 a month, plus a small commission on each sale.
