Webhooks
Webhooks send store events to your server as they happen. When an order is placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled or refunded, or a customer, product, stock level or review changes, eCommFly posts the record as JSON to an https:// address you choose, signed so you can check it came from us.
Use them to sync orders to an ERP or accounting tool, post sales to a team chat, update a warehouse system, or trigger your own messages to customers.
MCP server
The eCommFly MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read and change a store for you: products, categories, collections, themes, the header and the home page. Connect it from the assistant, sign in with your eCommFly account, and ask in plain words.
