Paste the API details from your courier's merchant panel and it shows up on every order. Use one courier for Dhaka and another for the rest of the country if that's what works for you.

Manual shipment
For your own delivery riders, a courier we don't connect to yet, or customers who pick up. Add a tracking number and link by hand, and everything else works the same.
You book under your own merchant account, so the courier's rates, cash collection and payouts stay between you and the courier.
From confirmed to delivered
Every order shows where its parcel is. With Steadfast, RedX and Carrybee, delivered and cancelled parcels update the order on their own.

Book a whole day's orders at once
Select confirmed orders and book them together. If the courier turns one down, the rest still go through, and an order is never booked twice.
The right amount to collect
The courier is told to collect whatever is still unpaid, so a bKash advance or a part payment is taken off the cash on delivery.
Customers hear from you
They get an SMS and an email when the order ships, and an email when it arrives. You choose which messages go out.
Stock that matches the shelf
Items are held as soon as an order is placed and leave your stock when it ships, so the store never sells what you've already promised.
Print what the packer needs
A4 invoices, 2×3" and 3×4" stickers, and 58mm or 80mm thermal slips, with your logo and the shipping type.
More than one parcel
Book a second parcel for the same order when it won't fit in one. Each gets its own booking and tracking number.
Delivery charges your way
Your store starts with ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳120 everywhere else. Change the amounts, add zones down to a district or a city, and offer Standard and Express side by side. Checkout works out the charge from the customer's address.
