Orders don't wait for your laptop

Most of a day's work happens in the Orders tab. Search by order number, name or phone, or filter to the unpaid ones.

  • Know the moment it happens

    Push notifications tell you about new orders and other urgent store alerts. Tap one and the order opens, ready to confirm. Turn them on or off for each phone.

  • New orders first

    Orders waiting for you to confirm them have their own list, with Pending, No response and Cancelled tabs. Confirm one, or cancel it with a reason.

  • Reach the customer in one tap

    Call, text, WhatsApp or email them straight from the order. No copying phone numbers.

  • Pack, ship and track

    Confirmed orders are sorted into To ship, Processing, Packed, In transit and Delivered. Each one shows its payment, shipment and tracking number.

  • Win back the ones who left

    Incomplete orders are in the app too, with the shopper's phone number and cart, so you can follow up while they still remember you.
